1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Filmtone, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Services

Filmtone provides video post-production services, including but not limited to video editing, sound design, color grading, etc. The details of the services, including scope and deliverables, will be agreed upon in a separate project agreement.

3. Project Agreements

For each project, a separate agreement will be established outlining the specific details, timelines, and costs associated with the services provided. This agreement will complement these general terms and conditions.

4. Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the project agreement. Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be detailed in the project agreement. Filmtone reserves the right to withhold delivery of final products until full payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the final post-produced film. Filmtone retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio and promotional materials.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including raw footage, scripts, and other relevant assets, in a timely manner. Delays in client-provided materials may impact project timelines.

7. Revisions and Edits

The project agreement will specify the number of revisions included in the quoted fee. Additional revisions or significant changes requested by the client may incur additional fees.

8. Confidentiality

Both Filmtone and the client agree to keep all project-related information confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be arranged upon request.

9. Liability

Filmtone is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the post-production services. The total liability of Filmtone shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material obligation. Termination terms will be outlined in the project agreement.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the competent courts within the European Union.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Filmtone reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
